Biography
Dr. Craig A. Press is an Associate Professor of Clinical Neurology at the University of Pennsylvania, Perelman School of Medicine. He serves as the Medical Director of the Neuroscience Unit at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Press completed his MD/PhD at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, followed by a Pediatric Neurology Residency at the University of Colorado, and fellowships in Pediatric Neurocritical Care at Lurie Children’s Hospital and Pediatric Epilepsy at Children’s Hospital Colorado. His clinical expertise lies in Pediatric Neurocritical Care, Neurohospitalist Medicine, Epilepsy, and Critical Care EEG. His research interests include the development of infrastructure to study Quantitative EEG, use of qEEG as a biomarker, and utilizing Big Data and the EMR in improve care in pediatric neurology.
