Biography
I am an assistant professor and neurointensivist within the division of cerebrovascular disease and neurocritical care at the Ohio State University. After residency in neurology at Tufts Medical Center, I completed a vascular neurology fellowship at the University of Cincinnati and neurocritical care fellowship at Columbia and Cornell University. My focus is the development and optimization of strategies to prevent and treat neurologic sequalae of hypertensive cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD). My current research is focused on the identification of pragmatic biomarkers and targetable pathways in hypertensive CSVD using epidemiologic and translational methods.
