Biography
Yasmin Aghajan is graduating neurocritical care fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital in 2024, and staying at Brigham and Women's as neurocritical care faculty. Originally from Palo Alto, California, Yasmin attended the University of California, San Diego for her undergraduate studies in Biology, medical school, and internship in internal medicine followed by neurology residency at Mass General Brigham. Academic interests include quality improvement in the neurocritical care unit, clinical documentation integrity and mortality index, and resident education. Her research has focused on evaluating documentation practices in neuroscience and strategies to increase the accuracy of the mortality index by working closely with CDI and through physician education.
